The OCromantic/OCsexual flag, created by Amaris.

OCSexual is a term under the fictosexual umbrella in which one has exclusive or near-exclusive sexual attraction to original characters. This could be original characters one made themself, or original characters others around them - such as friends and family - has made. An OCSexual person finds sexual attraction to real people, or those who are not OCs complicated or impossible.

What counts as an OC depends on the identifier. It could be any character coined by someone, or it could be a specific type of OC, such as an OC made by a YouTuber, or an OC made by ones friends. One who is OCSexual may or may not specify further. For example, someone who is only attracted to OCs that were designed by YouTubers might call themself, "YT-OCSexual."

    Similar terms include Creatusexual.

    OCRomantic

OCRomantic is for those who fall under the fictoromantic umbrella and have exclusive or near-exclusive romantic attraction to original characters. An OCRomantic person may or may not be OCSexual as well, however this is not a requirement.

    History

The term OCSexual and OCRomantic was coined at an unknown point around February of 2021 by Amaris25 due to their own and others' experiences.

    Flag

The flag for both OCSexual and OCRomantic was coined by Amaris25 along with the term. The white represents peace, red represents attraction, and blue represents original characters.
