Neutragynx is a portmanteau of neutrois and androx.

The term was created by Wiki user Meganium39 on February 18, 2021[1]. Its flag was uploaded the following day, also by Meganium39. The green represents neutrality, the pink represents femininity, and the blue represents masculinity. The small size of the pink stripe refers to the mascluine-leaning nature of neutrandrox.
