Neutrablank refers to a neutrois individual who is part genderneutral and part genderblank, or both at the same time; it refers to someone who cannot explain their gender neutrality any further than it being a blank space.
It is a subset of genderblank and blanknonbinary.
The fluid equivalent is neutrablankfluid and the androgynous equivalent is blankandrogyne.
History
Neutrablank was coined by Tumblr user nonbiarrow (Reddit user elhazelenby), April 20th 2021. The neutrablank flag was created by the same user on the same date.[1]

The flag shows the symbol from the genderblank flags, with both a gray and green field. The green field shows gender neutrality and the gray coming from the genderblank flag.[2]
