Neuromutogender is a Mutogender and Neurogender defined as a gender that changes whilst experiencing something specific to disorder that is not covered by the other categories in the Muto-Disordered Gender System. Examples may include but are not limited to, meltdowns, panic attacks, hyperfixations, and overstimulation.
Someone who identifies as neuromutogender may feel female usually, but when experiencing this, may feel like they are bigender.
This identity can sometimes overlap with disemotugender as, for some individuals, it depends if they feel that their experience is better labelled as an emotion/feeling or as something different. For example, some may consider panic attacks an emotion/feeling as they are caused by emotions, however, others may feel that their experience with panic attacks is better described otherwise. It is also possible to identify as both terms.
This term is specific to those with these experiences. It is also an umbrella term in the Muto-Disordered Gender System.

The term was coined on July 2nd, 2021, by FANDOM user TheNelsonSystem.
The name for the term is a mixture of the words neurodivergent/neurodiverse/neurogender, and mutogender.
