Neopronoun gay is a term that can be used to describe any gay man or vincian who uses neopronouns. One could also use other types of pronouns alongside neopronouns (eg. a gay who uses he/him could also use xe/xem and still be a neopronoun gay). Cisgender, transgender, and non-binary gays can all identify as neopronoun gays.
Alongside this term, neopronoun lesbians, he/him lesbians, she/her gays, they/them lesbians, it/its lesbians, it/its gays, and they/them gays exist.
Neopronoun gays are also sometimes referred to as neopronoun vincians, neopronoun patroclians, neopronoun cintheans, neopronoun wildeans, neopronoun turians/veldians, or neopronoun achilleans.

Flags
The neopronoun gay flag was created by pwidefwags on or before August 14, 2019. It has no confirmed meaning. It is to be used with caution, as the creator is an m-spec and male lesbian exclusionist.[2][3]
An inclusive flag was created by user ElderflowerJuice on September 17, 2021.[4] The flag is a combination of the sea green/orange neopronouns flag and ocean vincian flag.
