Mebangender is a subset of melangender and / or a subset of multigender. Mebangender can have multiple definitions, one may identify with all of these definitions, or a multitude of them:
One who feels like mebangender may feel as if they have a prominent gender that is on the liaspec.
They may feel like when they do things that society deems as ’androgynous’ to do that their gender is being affected by this: this could range from certain hobbies, to activities or anything else.
They could also feel as if some of their multiple yet static genders are ‘blurred’ or ‘blurry’ in a sense or even mashed together. However, there is still a distinction between some of their labels and this distinction is always liaspec.
The Mebangender Flag without crestOne may feel like their multiple gender labels have been ‘squashed’ together but are still able to distinguish their multiple labels, which is one again somewhere on the liaspec.
History
Mebangender was coined on the 14th of May 2021 by Reddit user u/hiitsyaz. The name for mebangender has the same origin of melangender; however, the ‘l’ in melan- has been altered to a ‘b’ to represent the word ‘both’ in the sense of being both masculine and feminine.
Flag
The flag was made on 14th of May 2021 by Reddit user u/hiitsyaz. The flag is a mixture of the colours within the flags for the terms which make up melangender. As well as the liaspec flag and the androgynous flag (with a few shade alterations).
