The Kakoigender pride flag (without the symbol)
    The VOCALOIDgender and UTAUloidgender symbol

Kakoigender, also known as NizimineKakoigender or KakoiNiziminegender, is a xenogender under the UTAUloidgender umbrella related to the UTAUloid Nizimine Kakoi in some way. This gender can also be written as 滲音かこいgender or かこいgender.

This may refer to a gender which changes when listening to music featuring Nizimine Kakoi, a gender which feels validated by Nizimine Kakoi, or something similar. This gender may also be a feminine-aligned or woman-aligned gender, based on Nizimine Kakoi's canon gender. It may also be used by individuals who feel that Nizimine Kakoi is the embodiment of one's gender, or who experience gender envy from Nizimine Kakoi. It may also be a kingender for Kakoikin individuals.

These are simply a few possible explanations of the identity; any gender related to Nizimine Kakoi can be considered Kakoigender.

    History

Kakoigender, along with its alternative names, was first coined on May 2, 2022, by a user who wishes to remain anonymous. The gender was first publicized on the LGBTA+ Wiki on Miraheze.

    Flag

The Kakoigender flag was designed on May 2, 2022 by the same person who coined the term, who wishes to remain anonymous. There is a version of the flag with a music notes symbol, as well as a version without it. The symbol was also created by this anonymous user on May 2, 2022.

The colors of the Kakoigender flag were color-picked from an official image of Nizimine Kakoi. The meanings of the colors are left up to interpretation, and do not have a strict meaning behind them. However, the creator of the flag personally describes the meaning of the stripes (from top to bottom) as follows:

    • Golden orange: connection to Nizimine Kakoi
    • Orange: oranges
    • Cream: cardboard boxes
    • White: inclusivity and validation
    • Light green: music
    • Green: planets
    • Pink: gender euphoria
    • Purple: gender envy
    • Very dark blue: antennae
