Jellygender is a fluid xenogender and aesthetigender where one's gender rocks back and fourth throughout the day/week/month, etc. Sometimes one feels one's gender strongly, and sometimes one does not feel one's gender very strongly.
History
The earliest record of the term jellygender being referenced is in an archived pastebin link, dated to September 27th, 2014.[1]
One source states that the term was originally coined by an unknown/anonymous user, who posted the term to the now-deleted Tumblr blog, MOGAI-Archive before September 27th, 2014, however, this cannot be definitively confirmed due to the MOGAI-Archive being deleted and there being no found archived record of an original post referencing jellygender.[2][3]
The earliest found archived recording of the jellygender definition may be from April 26th, 2016, where it is defined as: "when your gender rocks back and fourth throughout the day/week/month/whatever. Sometimes youre rly feelin your gender and youre like yeah!! Sometimes youre not feelin your gender and youre like ehhh". Though this is assumed to be how the term was originally defined, this cannot be verified. This definition seems to currently be the most widely-accepted.[4][5]
