Inworldgender is an exclusive gender or (in most cases) a neurogender for when a member of a plural system has a different gender while fronting than in the innerworld due to universal gender dysphoria, gender incongruence, or gender confusion across the whole system. For example, a system may have several headmates who are women in the inner world, but men while fronting.
One with this identity may also identify as multigender, mutogender, genderfluid, or another similar identity due to having multiple gender experiences at once.
This can be used as a prefix such as inworldenby, inworldgirl, inworldboy, etc.
