Identgender is a gender identity where one feels that their gender is a very important part of their identity. The term “identgender” is not exclusive to a particular gender identity - to identify as identgender, one must think of their gender - or lack of - is important. It is the opposite of cassgender.

Identgender was coined by wikia user Emberfrost-cat on February 19, 2021. The flag was designed by FANDOM user Reign of the breadsticcs on April 11, 2021. The purple stripe represents gender and gender identity, the blue represents emotions and the attachment between gender and emotions and the self, and the red represents the boldness of that connection between gender and self.
