Genderstir is a micro-label of Gendermix that has two definitions:
- Someone that has two or more genders that feels as if it’s not fully mixed.
- Someone that has two or more genders that are mixed but their other gender(s) is separate.
Flag/Symbol
The colours, purple and yellow represent separate genders. The mixed colours between purple and yellow represent mixed genders. The slightly purple/slightly yellow mixed colours represent that not completely mixed genders. The original colours are separated from the mixed colours representing how some genders are mixed but their other gender(s) is separate. White represents all/any gender(s).
History/Etymology
Created by Tumblr user a1ly on October 2, 2022. The suffix ‘stir’ is a synonym for the word ‘mix’.
