Gendersmoothie or smoothiegender is a xenogender which blends multiple ingredients (genders and/or gender alignments) together into a gender which is sweet, tart, flavorful, and cold. Sometimes the smoothie may be full, and other times, there may only be a few drops of it (fluctuating). The genders used in the smoothie may also change (fluid). This may be considered to be a multigender.

- HEX CED766: apple, kale, etc. (niaspec, neutrality)
