Genderfruct, also known as genderwisp, is a form of genderfluidity that encompasses male, female, and non-binary genders. A genderfruct individual could be fluid between any genders, ranging from the feminine to the masculine to the androgynous, to the unaligned and genderless. While some believe genderfluid already encompasses all genders, it is an umbrella term and not necessarily true for all genderfluid individuals, hence the existence of the specification genderfruct.
A term within the genderfruct umbrella is genderspirit, where the nonbinary genders experienced are often xenine. Genderfrict is a feminine-leaning subgender of genderfruct, and genderfrect is a masculine-leaning subgender of genderfruct.
History
Genderfruct was coined on November 2nd, 2020, by a now deleted user on the LGBallT subreddit.[1] "Fruct" refers to fruit, similar to both genderflor (plants) and genderfrith (peace, enjoyment: the meaning of the latin root of fruit).
Genderwisp was coined by Reddit user TiredForEternity.
