Mutusexual flag.

Mutusexual is when one finds attraction to someone with the same or a similar sexuality as them more than individuals with other sexualities. An example would be a bisexual peondovidual who is mainly attracted to other bisexuals or other m-spec individuals. This does not mean they wouldn't date someone who, for example, is gay, however they usually find attraction to one who shares their sexuality or a similar sexuality.

Because this, in most cases, can be labeled as having a preference for one with a similar sexuality, this term typically would fall under the imprisexual umbrella.

This term is not to be used by someone who is exclusionary or phobic to another identity. This term, instead, is only to be used by those who have no intended harm or internalized hatred/bigotry.

History

The term mutusexual (formerly gaysexual) was used as a troll term originally, but has since been reclaimed by user Cryptocrew.

The flag was made by a user going by Ally on October 30th, 2020. The shades of pink and purple represent relationships, while the shades of grey and white represent relating sexualities.
