Flowerboy is a term for a feminine and/or neutral boy or man. Flowerboys can be any gender modality (such as cis, transmasc, transfem etc) if there is a connection to being a boy. They can also be any sexuality.

Caedflowerboy refers someone who is cut away from being flowerboy due to trauma.
History
