Esthesiosexual is an ace-spec identity in which one desires a relationship with non-intercoursal sexual activities, it does not involve direct penetration, rather, they prefer outercourse, or sensual actions/intentions.

The term was possibly coined by Tumblr user The SAGA-Saurus on December 12, 2016.[1]
Flag
The esthesiosexual was designed by Tumblr user aceruskaroma/Abrosexual Ruska Roma on December 16, 2020. The new flag was created because the designer hated the original.[2] The color meanings are the following: The light-medium magenta at top stands for sensuality. The light teal stands for being at peace with your identity. The medium teal stands for unity. The purple stands asexual community.[2]
The original flag was created by Tumblr account The SAGA-Saurus on December 12, 2016.[1] The flag seems to have been inspired by the asexual flag, but this is unconfirmed and the flag has no confirmed meaning.
Etymology
Esthesio- in Latin means “touch.”[3] The prefix can also mean "sensation" or "perception."[4]
