Etymology
Entheogender stems from the term “entheogen," a plant or drug that induces spiritual and/or psychedelic experiences.
Flag
The flag was coined by Mod Hermy on pride-color-schemes Tumblr account on June 15th of 2017. It is designed to look like a lotus flower, as lotuses are common visions in spiritual experiences like astral projection and entheogen use for some reason, possibly because lotuses are a common spiritual symbol and have a nice geometric shape generated easily by the mind.
