Endergender, also known as endrien, is a gender defined by its connection to endermen from Minecraft. It is a xenogender that can be used by those who experience a strong connection with endermen and for those who have a difficult relationship with gender and often fluctuating identity. It was made with neurodivergent individuals in mind, but it can be used by anyone.
History and Flags
The xenogender was coined independently by multiple Twitter users on separate dates: sindogboy on June 4th, 2020;[4] and FAIRYTUBB0 on July 14th, 2020.[2][3]
Sindogboy uploaded its flag to Twitter on June 7th[1] and FAIRYTUBB0 uploaded his on July 14th.[2][3]
FANDOM user Unfunny person420 created an alternate endergender flag on March 31, 2021. The colors of the flag represent the colors of an enderman.
