Dracogender is a xenogender tied to dragons. This can manifest in multiple possible ways: an otherkin person's kintype is a dragon and this is their kingender; a person's gender feels large, scaly, winged, and possibly related to fire or water; a person's gender feels like a literal dragon.
This gender can also be combined with other gendered terms to make things such as dracoboy or femdracogender.
The flag uses colors associated with dragons, and depicts a cat-eye, which is also associated with dragons and lizards.
