Crystallian was first known to be coined on January 14th, 2018, along with the flag[1], but it was likely coined earlier than that on a Google spreadsheet[2].

The flag's colors are pastel purple, pink, and yellow, representing crystals, with a diamond in the center, representing two triangles together.
