Compassgender is an umbrella term for the four genders that are related to the four directions of the compass. Those genders are: northgender, related to infinite possibilities, earth, creativity, and home; southgender, related to fire, energy, physical strength, and health; westgender, related to the past, confidence, water, emotion, and the psyche; and eastgender, related to the future, air, communication, and trust.
Compassgender can also be used as a gender on its own if one experiences all four compassgenders at the same time. If one is fluid between compassgenders they would be compasfluid.

The flag was coined by deviantart user Pride-Flags on February 19, 2017. Brown represents north and earth, blue represents water and west, green and white represents air and east, and the reds and oranges represent fire and south.
