    Cluegender is an umbrella term for a group of xenogenders, specifically gamegenders, relating to the board game Clue. These genders are often only felt while playing the game. There are seven of these genders:

    Scarletgender

    Scarletgender is a gender with a close connection to the character Miss Scarlet. It presents itself as beautiful and seductive.

    Mustardgender

    Mustardgender is a gender with a close connection to the character Colonel Mustard. It is best described as dignified.

    Whitegender

    Whitegender is a gender closely connected to the character Mrs. White. It is a gender that feels very snug, cozy, and loyal.

    Greengender

    Greengender is a gender closely connected to the character Mr. Green. It is best described as feeling charming and decadent.

    Peacockgender

    Peacockgender is a gender with a close connection to the character Mrs. Peacock. It comes on as very proud, flirtatious, and a bit devious.

    Plumgender

    Plumgender is a gender with a close connection to the character Professor Plum. It is best described as intrepid and eccentric.

    Orchidgender

    Orchidgender is the newest of these genders, and it is closely connected to the character Dr. Orchid. It is very mysterious, ambitious, and adventurous.

    History

    The term was coined in December 1985 by a small group of genderfluid people after the release of the movie Clue.

    In 2016, Orchidgender was coined by Teri Armstrong when Dr. Orchid replaced the character Mrs. White in the board game.
