Catcute is a xenogender defined as a combination of catgender and gendercute. It is a gender with a strong connection to cats/felines and to anything the individual defines as cute.
History
The term catcute first was briefly defined in an anonymous ask on the Tumblr blog xeno-aligned on November 15, 2020.[1] The definition of catcute was further fleshed out and defined by Tumblr blog neopronouns on March 27, 2021.[2] The flags were released in the post by neopronouns.[2]
