    Bliskosexual is an ace-spec sexuality in which one only experiences sexual attraction to someone when they are in one’s presence in some way. This includes but isn't limited to real life, video chatting, or even looking at a photo of the individual.

    It is the opposite of dalekosexual.

    Etymology

    Bliskosexual is derived from the Russian word "Близко" (pronounced "Blisko" or Blizko"), which means "close" or "near".

    History

    Bliskosexual was coined by FANDOM user trash user owo (now known as It's 90 Degrees In Here) on July 12th, 2021.

    Flag

    Black represents lack of attraction and orange represents closeness, meaning that attraction augments when one is closer to the individual. Purple is the color that's most associated with asexuality. The grape stripes represent closeness and is the inverted color of the dalekosexual flag's aqua stripes, which represent distance. White represents attraction.
