An apothiflux individual is one who experiences repulsion to a certain concept, and the amount of repulsion fluctuates. For example, an apothigender person may feel very upset being gendered one day, but be mostly ok with it the next; or an apothisexual person may be disgusted by sexual talk sometimes, but not bothered by it at other times.
History
Apothiflux appears to have been coined by Tumblr user life-of-an-asexual at an unknown point of 2016, however it is unknown if this was the original person of coining.
