    Apollafem flag

Apollafem is a synonym to transfeminine, with a focus on always having been or always being female/feminine but having the wisdom, knowledge, and experiences of someone having lived as the opposite gender.

    The transmasculine equivalent is athenomasc.

    History

Apollafem was coined by reddit user u/yahahawei on August, 17th, 2022 as an alternative to transfeminine[1].

    Flags

The flag was made by the same user on the same day. The newer, preferred version was then created by the same user. The full yellow and pink design represents being 100% feminine/female, with the symbol of Apollo the God of wisdom on it to represent the wisdom of the other gender.

The full explanation of the colors of the updated flag are that the deep pink represents traditional masculinity, the light pink represents the color of femininity on the original trans flag, the yellow represents nonbinary genders, and the brighter reddish pink represent non-traditional/GNC femininity.
