Abaedsexual (pronounced a-bayd) is a micro-label under caedsexual. It is a sexuality used to describe an individual who was once asexual, but had it "cut away" due to trauma (abasexual), and due to the same, different, past or on-going trauma, one became asexual once again (caedsexual). In other words, an abaedsexual individual's sexuality was once abasexual, but due to trauma, one became caedsexual, making them abaedsexual.
Abaedsexual is exclusive to those who have experienced trauma.
The romantic counterpart is abaedromantic. The opposite of abaedsexual is caebasexual.
